13 Curves is a high-energy 80’s-style rock band from Syracuse, NY, named after the legendary “13 Curves” road and its haunting Ghost Bride tale. Formed in 2018 by guitarist Jim Cerio, the band delivers an electrifying mix of classic rock from artists like Styx, Journey, Heart, REO Speedwagon, Cheap Trick, KISS, and more.

Fronted by powerhouse vocalist Heather Polacek, alongside Central New York music veterans Jim Cerio, Rob Modugno, Jodi Marvin, and Mike Skowron, 13 Curves brings an unforgettable live experience to every stage.

They’ve rocked venues including Tioga Downs, The NYS Fair, Brennan’s Beach, Average Joe’s, and Colloca Winery, entertaining crowds across Central New York with a show that’s as big and bold as the decade that inspired it.
